본 약관은 LYB(Lock Your Body, 이하 "앱") 이용에 관한 조건을 규정합니다.
앱은 위치 기반 목표 달성 트래커입니다. 정해진 시간까지 정해진 장소에 도달하지 못하면 사용자가 미리 설정한 앱들이 차단되고, 차단 해제를 위해 광고를 시청하거나 받아쓰기를 완료해야 합니다.
앱의 차단 기능은 강제 차단이 아니라 심리적 마찰과 페널티를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 합니다. iOS 정책 및 기술적 한계로 인해 사용자가 기기 설정에서 권한을 해제하면 차단을 우회할 수 있습니다. 앱은 이를 막지 못하며, 차단의 완전성을 보장하지 않습니다.
위치 판정은 기기의 GPS 및 OS가 제공하는 위치 정보에 의존합니다. 신호 환경, 권한 설정, OS 동작에 따라 판정이 부정확할 수 있으며, 앱은 판정 결과의 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다.
유료 버전은 광고 제거 및 목표 개수 제한 해제를 제공합니다. 월간/연간 구독은 자동 갱신되며, 현재 기간 종료 24시간 이전에 취소하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 결제는 App Store 계정에 청구되고, 구독 관리 및 해지는 기기의 App Store 설정에서 할 수 있습니다. 평생 이용권은 1회 결제 단건 상품입니다. 환불은 Apple의 정책을 따릅니다.
앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 앱 사용으로 발생한 직간접적 손해에 대해 운영자는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 약관은 필요 시 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 사항은 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 고지됩니다.

These terms govern your use of LYB (Lock Your Body, the "App").
The App is a location-based goal tracker. If you do not reach a set location by a set time, the apps you selected are blocked, and you must watch an ad or complete a typing task to unblock them.
The blocking feature is designed to provide psychological friction and a penalty, not a hard lock. Due to iOS policy and technical limits, you can bypass blocking by revoking permissions in system settings. The App cannot prevent this and does not guarantee the completeness of blocking.
Location checks rely on your device's GPS and OS-provided location. Results may be inaccurate depending on signal conditions, permission settings, and OS behavior. The App does not guarantee the accuracy of verification.
The paid version removes ads and lifts the goal limit. Monthly/yearly subscriptions auto-renew and will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your App Store account; you can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store settings. The lifetime option is a one-time non-consumable purchase. Refunds follow Apple's policy.
The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App.
